As all my friends have seen photos of me competing as an amateur bodybuilder in trunks very similar to the ones in the last two pics so none of them were that shocked the first time I wore a pair to a pool party…… now I’m totally expected too!!!

Not gonna lie, on a few occasions I’ve wanted to push the limits and shock them all by wearing one of my more risqué beach suits to a friends BBQ’s/pool party, thankfully my GF has always managed to reign me in by pointing out
“Your friends aren’t like me, they don’t need to see you and your cockrings hanging out of one of your tiny little suits around their pool, keep that look for me and our voyeurs at the beach”

So at my GF’s request I wear more around my friends than I do at the beach!!!!

I don't see anything wrong with what you have chosen for beach or with like minded friends.

I personally don't know if I would fit in either of the suits that you have chosen, but if they fit you go for it!

As for me I have wore much less coverage swimsuits on public beaches, and with like minded friends have wore WAY more extreme swimsuits or just gone naked!

I actually have friends who come over for BBQ's and I will be naked when they arrive and don't bother to even get dressed, one of my friends mothers has never seen me clothed, because the first time she came to visit him I forgot she was coming over for a BBQ so when they arrived I was naked and he just told her that I swim and sunbathe nude and she was fine with it. It really comes down to your comfort level.

Yer sadly those ‘Towie’ boys ruined the one-sided thong design for a good while much like ‘Borat’ did with the slingshot!!!
I’d worn the style without incident for a couple of years before those boys came along and the media coverage that followed them ridiculed the style.
Having fallen in love with the style I stuck with it but as you can imagine I got the usual ‘Towie’ boys flack.

Thankfully I was thick skinned and being an amateur body builder at the time knew I looked good in one so just ignored any snide comments.
These days times seemed to have changed for the better thankfully, OK yes the style is still rather unique and seldom seen worn publicly, but for those of us who do it’s WAY more accepted……
