Where to wear?

I know I've spent a great deal of time ummmming and ahiiing over where I can enjoy my gear outside the home.

Which beach is cool? You trawl the internet looking for thong friendly beaches and it' all a bit vague. Naturist beaches? Still vague.

I'd even settle for a local get together, but you really need to test the water on that before taking the plunge.

If only Rona would get lost so we can head out again, by which time we'll all have new 'wardrobes' and with fire in the heart to bare as you dare.

I was in France recently and there was a straight couple and the guy wore his thong just like anyone wearing Speedos or shorts. It was a less busy beach in the south, but thought it was cool. I am not sure I’d be ready for that. A quite cove or a garden are where I’d feel more comfortable.

Bay 1 in Riis Park Beach, Queens, New York has been a gay beach since 1950. Since Queens is the most diverse place on Earth, with every nationality, you can wear anything you like. All the suits I posted on this site, I wore at this Beach over the years.
EDIT: The National Park Service is not maintaining this Beach at all. They send undercover Parks Police out to Bay 1 to arrest & give out summons for minor things. The collapsing Hospital behind it will be demolished after Labor Day.

It has been years that I have gone to a beach where I felt comfortable to wear a thong or g-string. Before I would consider wearing a minimal thong or g-string I would scout the area to see what the vibe is like. The times I would wear them outside the house would either be when meeting someone from an online ad at either their apartment or hotel. But, that is few and far between because of people’s desires for someone younger, large package, and ripped abs, which I am not. They ask for pics or they won’t respond and other times I have responded with a pic, they then ghost me, without responding that they aren’t interested. That’s why I have been reluctant in responding to ads requiring a pic.
