The most I've ever had is 22 pounds. But that was only a few seconds lifting the weight a couple of inches off the floor. I could not have stood upright with that much weight - it was just me pushing myself to the limits of what I could lift.
In the pic above there is ten pounds of dumbell weight. I can walk around with that much quite easily.
But you know what they say - no pain, no gain.
If you want low hangers, you have to do the work!
