Would you wear this on the beach - and should I? [Updated 11 Aug]

My local beach has an unofficial naturist area, but to get to it you have to walk for about 15 minutes along the beach in an area where there may be dog walkers and sunbathers.

The exhibitionist in me is telling me to strip down to this suit at the beach entrance and wear it all the way to the naturist part as a dare to myself, but sensible me is saying that having your balls exposed like that is not quite right. What do other people think?

P.S. If I do pluck up courage, I'll try to post some pics.

Well I did my walk along the beach yesterday and here's the evidence!. It was pretty quiet, but I did get looks from a couple of people - I don't know whether it was shock or surprise.

Good for you. While I do not really think it is appropriate for an area where there might be young children, I certainly think that adults should be adult - there is nothing wrong with public nudity.

Too be completely honest with you, after the initial time wearing it and feeling nervous, this has become my go-to type of swimsuit on public beaches, because we don't enjoy going to crowded commercial beaches, we prefer beaches where you have a little bit of room to separate between people. So we don't have to worry about "Karen's" calling the cops, so most of the people we encounter are not shocked if they see a G-string or a topless woman. So many times I have made the effort to roll over onto my stomach to hide the fact that I'm exposed and have had people comment "you are fine the way you are!" Once we were following a couple down the path to the beach and were chatting, and as we got closer to the beach the husband commented that they were going to the far end of the beach so his wife could wear her thong, and I said why bother thongs are legal, and told them they were welcome to join us. So we sat up our area and my wife removed her sundress wearing only a small pastie as a bottom and I removed my shorts and was wearing my Bunn-G and the couple laughed and said I guess her thong isn't going to be a problem. The real surprise was when they asked if we would like to take a walk down the beach with them and we didn't grab cover-ups and ended up walking past scattered beach goers
