been waxing for years and can't ever go back to shaving.
About 5mm, not very long, just enough for the wax to get hold of the hairFor you guys who wax how long does the hair have to be for waxing to be effective and get the smoothest results? I’m 72 and still shaving.
2 or 3 weeksHow many days growth is that approximately
You won’t regret it I can assure you ‘pins’…....That's what I figured don't know if I can go that long with out being smooth
Need to try waxing instead of shavingYou won’t regret it I can assure you ‘pins’…....
NOTHING beats the look or feeling of being 100% totally smooth after being freshly waxed, 2-3 weeks is a small price to pay believe you me….
During COVID I had to revert to shaving again as well and hated it, even with the best razors I could never get that ‘just waxed’ look or feel… within a day I was prickly again,
You’ll be a bit sore and red for a couple of days after your first appointment but it gets easier, the hair that grows back isn’t anywhere near as strong rooted or as thick so comes out easier the next time.
Not only that (for me at least) the look lasts for at least 3 weeks…… Just think, after all these years, no more daily ‘touch ups’ with the razor in the shower! Now that’s got to be worth it!!!
Go for it and enjoy Buddy
