What puts you off from buying undies?

For me personally, when underwear I like is No longer available, How expensive some underwear cost theses days. Majority of the underwear brands that I like are from the USA. it's the cost off shipping and postage and packaging and tax makes undies a niche and almost expensive items to purchase.

Not being able to find items in the market at all, underwear brands seem to doing the same thing as each other or No longer making certain styles or disregarding quality and comfort over style and profit.

If I don't find them sexy/slutty enough. I need my undies to always be tantalizingly erotic, and NOT made of cotton or traditional blend materials. Ugh.
Items I never EVER wear: *briefs (unless mesh or fishnet), boxers, traditionally male/masculine appearing thongs and *jock straps (I have a few jock straps but their not like what I see other guys usually wearing in the gym or even in this site).

1. Lack of pouch size customization: I'm on the smaller side and need pouch reductions for a good fit. Bigger guys need bigger pouches!

Nothing puts me off buying underwear. That is the problem. I need an additional 'drawers' or a chest of them.

My drawer is also busting. But it make me a little peeved when the pouch is too small and everything is smashed.

I'm not a big fan of the stringy, slutty/sexy looking types or anything with flashy designs, animal prints, no rainbow prints or anything that looks too gaudy. I know there are many who like to wear these types in order contrast with the business suit or conservative clothing on the outside as a fun little secret and that's cool and all but I much prefer for my underwear to match what I'm wearing. Black, navy, blue, white sometimes green. The only exceptions are purple and pink but these all must be solid colors too.

As a result of my tastes, I end up sticking with only a few brands and only a small number of their series.

Same exactly here! My underwear drawer has grown to 1 and a half drawers.

Once we found ultra comfortable female boxer panties for my BBW (big beautiful woman/fat) wife, her underwear drawer has shrunken down to about 1/2 a drawer from a full drawer!
And, yes, I was the one who found the boxer panties for her. Her traditional cut female panties weren't comfortable anymore because of her body shape so now she's gotten rid of most of her traditional cut panties for the boxer panties.

So she washes my underwear and jockstraps and asks why I have so many!

I’ve been ordering online only for at least ten years because there are no selections in the stores anymore. Unless you want boxer briefs, traditional briefs, or an occasional ill fitting bikini briefs, there aren’t many offerings available anymore.
25 years ago I drove thirty miles to go to a mall where there was a beautiful JC Penny. It was there I discovered string bikinis, thongs, and contour pouch bikinis. For a long time there were always male sales clerks who were happy and knowledgeable in assisting.
I’ve ordered, PhilCity, Andrew Christian, Krakatoa (super comfy), various internet finds, but by far my favorites are Todd Sanfield and BLANC MENSWEAR.

I agree order most of mine online, some through trades with other USG members. I used to buy from a store that sold exclusively mens underwear and swimwear. N2N, Male Power, Good Devil, Andrew Christian. Cover Male, Joe Synder. They shutdown because of Covid. Haven’t found any since.
